ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders received are processed next business day and shipped 1-2 business days after that. We offer free standard shipping (United States Postal Service: First Class) with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days.

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more in the US and a flat rate of $5 if below $25 order amount. International orders over $50 also include free shipping.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is received. 

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, please email us at support@theoandamelia.com and we’ll make it right.

RETURNS

If you’re not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us at support@theoandamelia.com for returns within 30 days to receive a full refund or exchange. There are no refunds for customized fragrances. 

Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment the order was placed with.
