Pause captures the calming hush of an ancient Japanese hinoki forest, infused with the brightness of mood boosting yuzu. The calming blend is diluted in organic jojoba oil and housed in a sleek 10 ml rollerball, so you can safely apply calmness wherever life takes you. To use, inhale directly from the bottle while practicing a few deep, intentional breaths. You can also apply a tiny dab to pulse points or the palms of your hands.

Hinoki and yuzu are more than great smelling Japanese aromas. Hinoki oil can lower heart rate and reduce stress hormones, while yuzu has been found to ease mental fatigue and improve mood. Each smell offers a scientifically backed micro-ritual of calmness.

Bought for the hinoki but love the yuzu

I buy everything hinoki so I tried this out. Now I found out that I also love yuzu. The combo really has a refined scent to it compared to something like bergamot.
