  • Topical: Dilute essential oils in a carrier oil and apply to pulse points or the bottoms of your feet. I use this method the least, but I do apply a diluted formula with jojoba and hinoki in it on my skin.

It's the easiest and most effective way to maintain a calm nervous system throughout the day, which leads to better sleep at night.
